Domaine Collet, located in Fontaine Denis, Champagne, offers the Silex & Craie blanc de blancs, a sunny and mineral champagne that reflects the minerality of the white earth of the northern terroir. Made from Chardonnay plots, this cuvée expresses an airy and chalky character, ideal for accompanying your aperitifs and immersing you in the unique world of an exceptional terroir. The vines are in conversion and cultivated without herbicides or synthetic products, using fermented extracts and plant decoctions to cultivate the soil individually for each vine.
Vinification is carried out without fining or filtration, with 70% of the wine fermented and aged in French oak barrels, and maturation for 50 months after the harvest. With a dosage of 1g/l (Extra Brut), Silex & Craie pairs perfectly with dishes such as asparagus mousseline sauce, ceviche, fish skewers, tuna sashimi, or sea bass carpaccio. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this champagne offers a mineral elegance and sustained freshness, perfect for exceptional moments.
