- Natural sweet wine
- Tasting note: A lovely Rivesaltes with lots of character. Broad and generous, with harmonious flavors of dried apricot, orange and caramel, finishing on a honeyed note.
- Service: Ideal temperature of 12°C.
- Pairings : Will go wonderfully with strong cheeses (Munster, Maroilles) accompanied by a mirabelle plum chutney, chocolate and coffee desserts.
- Grape variety : 100% Grenache Noir
- Terroir : Clay-limestone with schistous debris and siliceous pebbles, a combination that is conducive to the production of very high quality wines.
- Vinification/Maturing : Destemmed harvest. Fermentation at 28 °C. Pressing and mutage in liquid phase (addition of neutral alcohol), in the middle of fermentation.
