Beaune Bressandes Premier Cru – Famille Gagey (Chardonnay)
Location: Located in the north of the Beaune vineyard, on a sunny hillside above "Les Toussaints" and "Les Cents Vignes," next to "Les Grèves." Considered one of the best white Premier Crus in the region.
Vineyard: Planted 20 years ago, on soil close to the original bedrock. Hand-harvested to preserve the grapes.
Vinification and Aging: Gentle pressing, fermentation in oak barrels (1/3 new), aging on fine lees for 15 months.
Note: Serving temperature: 12–14°C. Aging potential: 5 to 10 years depending on the vintage.
