Château Saint Pierre 2015
Grand cru classé de Saint Julien
94-95/100 James Suckling
A flavorful, precise and well-composed red consisting of 85% merlot and 15% cabernet franc. It has aromas of wild currants and some game. Medium-bodied with chalky tannins and texture. Juicy at its core with a solid frame of well-polished tannins and a succulent, long finish.

- Created in the 17th century, this 4th Grand Cru Classé was divided up and dispersed after several successions. By luck and tenacity, in 1982, Henri Martin was able to reconstitute the property as it was known in 1855, the year of the famous classification. Since then, and thanks to the investment of the owners, Saint-Pierre is recognized by all as being a par fact representative of the Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Julien.
