The Trousseau "Fonteneille" cuvée from Cellier Saint Benoit is a red wine from the Arbois-Pupillin appellation (Jura), made from 100% Trousseau, a grape variety typical of the Jura region known for producing light yet expressive red wines. This wine comes from the "Fonteneille" vineyard, a terroir situated on a plateau composed of clay and silt over limestone, often rich in fossils called gryphaea, which contributes to a mineral and delicate expression in the wine.
