Vinification: Hand-picked grapes with rigorous sorting. Grapes crushed and destemmed, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Long vatting with numerous pumping over and delestage for a better extraction of color and tannins (4 to 6 weeks). Blending after malolactic fermentation, ageing in barrels (30%) and stainless steel tanks (70%). Light filtration and bottling in June 2018.

Tasting : This wine has a beautiful garnet red color, it is powerful and generous. It exhales aromas of blackberry, elderflower and spices accompanied by a melted wood. It will be the ideal companion of red meats, game and cheeses of character. To consume now after a carafe of aeration, it will be able to keep 8 to 10 years. To taste between 18 and 20°C
