SITUATION: Terraced vineyard, southern exposure
AVERAGE YIELD: 35 hl/ha
AGE OF THE VINEYARDS: More than 30 years old
VINIFICATION: Pneumatic press. Beginning of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, and end in barrels.
AGEING: 12 months of ageing in barrels used for 2, 3 and 4 wines.
TASTING : Apricot aromas dominate, then fat and subtle peach flavours take over, finally balance appears. Nice length for this Condrieu which will accompany you as well as an aperitif or with goat cheese.
