Produced in the magnificent terroirs at the foot of the village of Séguret, this red seduces with its freshness and silky texture. This wine from Domaine des Bosquets, produced since 2022, embodies the elegance of the southern Rhône terroirs.

Terroir and Grape Varieties

This wine is made from Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%), grown on sandy-clay soils. The vines, aged between 30 and 80 years, benefit from a cool microclimate that gives the wine a beautiful aromatic tension.

Vinification and Aging

Harvesting is carried out manually between mid-September and early October, with rigorous sorting. Vinification is carried out gently, grape variety by variety, with fine extraction at the beginning of fermentation followed by a long maceration in infusion.

Aging is carried out separately: the Syrah in old 228L barrels, the Grenache in foudres, before a final blend in concrete vats for 8 months.

Wine Profile

Intense garnet color, rich nose of fresh fruit and violet. On the palate, this is a juicy and dynamic wine, with fine, well-structured tannins. The aromas are dominated by the Syrah, which brings a beautiful floral and spicy depth.

Pairing and Serving

Serve between 16 and 18°C ​​in large glasses. This wine pairs perfectly with bistro cuisine: rib steak, grilled meats, roast poultry... and even a chocolate and red fruit dessert.
