The fine and charming nose opens with aromas of roasted hazelnuts which intensify with aeration and are completed by elegant notes of lemongrass and ginger. In the mouth, the attack is clean and fat. A real unctuousness asserts itself, immediately balanced by an invigorating and nervous freshness, exotic flavours such as passion fruit and pomegranate as well as gooseberry flavours intermingle on an English candy finish, all in finesse.
