THE DOMAIN TELLS YOU ABOUT IT :
- Tasting : This sparkling wine opens in the glass with a lovely bouquet of dried white flowers, citrus oil, fresh bread and crisp orchard fruit. A fine and precise Champagne, it is delicate and charming, with a fine mousse, lively acids and a mineral finish.

From the 2016 harvest, this cuvée comes from the terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, and Champillon (55%), complemented by Avize and Oiry (45%). The year was marked by a particularly rainy winter and spring. After a mild start, temperatures plummeted from the end of February, with significant frosts at the end of April. The end of spring, sunny but cool, preceded a very hot and dry summer.
The harvest began on September 19th and ended on October 6th, with a break of a few days to accommodate the uneven ripening of the grapes. The harvest yielded perfectly healthy and ripe fruit, resulting in expressive and generous wines, with special mention going to the Pinot Noir, which was particularly successful that year.
The blend, dominated by Pinot Noir, includes 30% reserve wines from cuvées 743 to 736 (excluding 738).
Aged for 92 months on lees, under cork.
Production: 19,700 bottles and 905 magnums.
Dosage: 2 g/l.
Disgorgement: February 2025.
