Tasting : A superb Corsican rosé produced from cinsault and grenache. This gives birth to a fruity rosé with subtle notes of spices. One also notices a touch of liquorice on the finish.
Grape varieties : Cinsault and Grenache
Food and wine pairing: Perfect as an aperitif. It can also be drunk with charcuterie.
Keeping: Do not hesitate to taste it in these young years. The ideal serving temperature for this wine is 14°C.
The Terroir : This cuvée comes from the granitic Arena hillsides near the Taravu valley.
Vinification: Matured for 12 months in barrels on whole lees, and 6 months in concrete eggs.
