The Vosne-Romanée “Vieilles Vignes” – Dominique Laurent is a remarkable red wine from the Côte de Nuits, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on old vines and crafted by Dominique Laurent with the aim of fully expressing the prestigious terroir of Vosne-Romanée. This vintage is distinguished by its beautiful ripeness, a floral and fruity nose (wild raspberry, cherry), complemented by elegant spicy notes, and a dense palate that is both rich and refined, supported by fine tannins and a long finish. It is a wine for aging (easily 10 years or more depending on storage) that will pair beautifully with superb cuts of meat or flavorful dishes, while also captivating today with its superb precision and purity.
