The Vosne-Romanée wines symbolize absolute elegance, combining softness with fleshiness, charm with persistence, and this Vosne Romanée 2019 from Maison Bouchard is no exception to the rule.

 

TASTING

TASTING NOTE: Delicate aromas of red fruits and undergrowth. Charming and distinguished, it offers a beautiful persistence on the palate.

WINE AND FOOD PAIRINGS: Roasted meats or meats in sauce, medium-flavoured cheeses.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: Between 17°C and 18°C

CELLARING POTENTIAL: 5 to 7 years and over

SUPPLIES: The grapes come from contracts signed with winegrowers who undertake to respect the strict quality criteria of Bouchard Père & Fils

VINIFICATION : Depending on the profile of the vintage, the vatting can last from 15 to 18 days.

MATURING: 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels, with 25 to 30% new barrels.

AGEING : This wine benefits from the optimal environmental conditions of the cellars of the Bastions of the former Château de Beaune.
