Gewurztraminer Herrenweg de Turckheim Vieilles Vignes 2010 - Zind-Humbrecht
Domain Zind-Humbecht
Sweetness index on the palate : 5 , Sweet wine, very close to a Late Harvest
You can find all the grape varieties on the Herrenweg. They have the common characteristic of being very aromatic and early in their development. Always marked by a very ripe acidity and opulent fruitiness, the wines of the Herrenweg are expressive very early. It is therefore not necessary to wait for them very long, which can be a great advantage when it is not possible to keep the wines for a long time.
Hint: Level of sweetness on the palate. Scale from 1 to 5.
1: technically dry or tasting dry. 2: not technically dry, but sugars are not noticeable on the palate. Some tasters may find a slight roundness in the finish. These wines will taste dry with some bottle ageing.3: medium sweetness, more important in the youth of the wine, which will gradually fade with age. 4: Sweet wine. 5: Sweet wine, very close to a Late Harvest
Caution: The bottles of Alsace wine do not fit into the wooden boxes sold separately.
