Vinification & Ageing
Harvesting: Hand-picked at optimum ripeness.
Vinification: Gentle extraction; 50% of the harvest is kept in whole bunches. Fermentation in wooden tuns.
Aging: 12 months on average, 25% in new 500-liter oak barrels.

This Pinot Noir seduces with its high-altitude freshness, expressed by crisp red fruits, and its spicy character typical of the grape variety's fine expressions.
