- Tasted by Lisa Perrotti-Brown in 2019: "Containing 135 grams per litre of residual sugar, Yquem's pale lemon-gold-coloured 2016 leaps from the glass with aromas of honeyed apricots, pineapple, green mango, crushed rocks, candied ginger, coriander seeds and citrus peel with hints of orange blossom. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, with layered mineral and spice, and finishes with epic balance and persistence."
