"This 2009 Côte-Rôtie Château d'Ampuis reveals a riper, more voluptuous, and opulent character. It displays magnificent aromas of concentrated black fruits, charcuterie, dried flowers, licorice, and toasted notes with graphite accents. On the palate, it displays a generous and powerful style, with a full and dense structure.
Gaining freshness with air in the glass, this remarkable cuvée can be enjoyed now and will evolve magnificently over the next two to three decades."
