Blanc de Séguret - Domaine des Bosquets

This white wine from the cool terroirs of Séguret is a beautifully balanced interpretation of southern France. Vinified since 2021, it combines saline freshness, mineral tension and subtle roundness, the result of precise work on maturation and ageing.

Terroir & grape varieties

A harmonious blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne, grown on sandy-clay soils at the foot of the old village of Séguret. The 30 to 60-year-old vines benefit from a microclimate conducive to pure, complex expression.

Artisanal winemaking

The grapes are harvested by hand in 12 kg crates, in three successive passes at the beginning of September. Vinification respects the integrity of the fruit: direct pressing of whole grapes, slow fermentation at low temperature (18°C), divided between stainless steel vats and 600 L demi-muids.

This white wine is aged for 6 months on its lees, half in stainless steel tanks, half in 600 L barrels. Aging adds verticality, volume and structure without masking the fruit's brilliance.

Serve between 11 and 12°C in a tall glass to reveal all its finesse. Perfect with shellfish, grilled white fish or fish in sauce, or mature cheeses such as Comté or Fourme d'Ambert.
