Aria Blanc 2024 - Domaine Zuria
Corsican wine from the estate | Vin de Corse - Bonifacio appellation
Aria Blanc – Domaine Zuria
Aria Blanc is a dry white wine produced by Domaine Zuria, located in Bonifacio, in the far south of Corsica. It is made primarily from the Vermentinu grape variety, emblematic of the island. This wine seduces with its saline freshness, mineral tension, and aromas of citrus, white flowers, and Corsican maquis. Vinification is precise, often in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit, and sometimes partially in barrels to add volume.
Appellation: Vin de Corse - Bonifacio
The Vin de Corse - Bonifacio appellation is still young and relatively unknown. It showcases unique limestone terroirs, bathed in sea spray and Mediterranean winds. The soils here bring great freshness, sharp minerality, and a distinct island identity to the wines. Whites like Aria Blanc stand out for their finesse and their expression of Vermentinu.
This is an ideal wine to pair with grilled fish, langoustines, or burrata with Corsican olive oil.
