Myrtus Rosé 2025 - Sant Armettu
Corsican Wine from the Estate
Sourced from the hillsides of the Gulf of Propriano, on granitic sand soils, Myrtus Rosé is made exclusively from Sciaccarellu grapes. The grapes are destemmed and meticulously sorted both in the vineyard and in the cellar, before vinification using the saignée method after a 48-hour infusion of Myrtus Rouge. Aging takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit and the wine's balance. Its intense pink color heralds a gastronomic rosé, full-bodied and structured, ideal for fine food and wine pairings.
