Rosumarinu Blanc from Domaine Sant’Armettu comes from the granite hillside vineyards of Tizzano, an area strongly influenced by the nearby Mediterranean Sea. Made from a blend of Vermentinu and Biancu Ghjentile, this white wine expresses the purity and freshness typical of great Corsican whites. Vinified in stainless steel after careful destemming, sorting, and direct pressing, it preserves the precision of the fruit. Ageing on fine lees with gentle bâtonnage adds texture and subtle depth.
The wine shows a pale yellow color with delicate golden reflections. The nose reveals elegant aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, followed by notes of white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced between freshness, tension, and roundness. Its saline minerality, shaped by the proximity of the sea, structures the wine and extends into a clean, floral, and elegant finish.
