Solis is a natural white wine crafted from 6 indigenous grape varieties. A one-week skin maceration gives the wine its beautiful golden hue and distinctive texture.
It first reveals an elegant mineral backbone, gradually opening up to complex aromas of dried flowers, tea and citrus peel. The finish is carried by delicate bitters that bring depth, freshness and remarkable length to the tasting experience.
