Soil geology: Siliceous limestone soil with micaschists whose weathering has resulted in clay soils, rich in iron oxides.
Grape varieties: 93% Syrah, 7% Viogner.
Average age of the vines: about 25 years.
Vinification: In temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Automatic punching down system. Fermentation : Alcoholic/aceration for 4 weeks.
Maturation : Unique 40 months in new barrels.
Yields : 35 Hl / hectare.
