BRUNO CLAIR

In 1979, the story of Domaine Bruno Clair began at Marsannay. Many plots, on different AOCs: Marsannay, Fixin, Morey-Saint-Denis. Son of Bernard Clair and grandson of Joseph, Bruno started to manage his family's vineyard in 1986.

DANIEL-ETIENNE DEFAIX

Daniel-Etienne Defaix owns one of the oldest estates in Chablis, 8 centuries for the Vieux Château. LOUIS LATOUR

Since the 17th century, the Maison Louis Latour has been one of the most famous Burgundian estates. 50 hectares which allow it to be one of the most important in the Premiers et Grands Crus from Burgundy. DANIEL RION

Created in 1955 by Daniel Rion, this family estate started with only two hectares of vines located in the commune of Vosne Romanée, left to Daniel by his paternal grandfather. Until 1978, Daniel sold his wine to Burgundian wine merchants. At the end of the seventies, his sons joined the company, bringing new plots of vines with them. Today, the estate consists of eighteen hectares of vines with eighteen appellations in six villages of the Côte des Nuits and Hautes-Côtes: Prémeaux, Nuits Saint Georges, Vosne Romanée, Chambolle Musigny, Vougeot and Marey-les-Fussey. The estate's old vines, aged between 25 and 65 years, have been selected for the quality of their fruit: small berries with thick skins that guarantee deep and complex wines with refined tannins.

DOMAINE RAMONET

Deeply rooted in a family history steeped in perseverance, the Domaine Joblot combines its foundations with an acute knowledge of oenology.

From now on Juliette Joblot, Jean-Marc's daughter, strong of her roots, her oenological culture and her travels, continues to write its history through a progressive transfer of power. MARC COLIN

Marc Colin was born in 1944 and created his estate at the end of the 1970s; with his wife Michèle, they took over vines from several generations, from the Colin and Ponavoy families. Some plots have been in the family's possession for more than a century. They cultivate about 6 hectares of vines in the communes of CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET. The estate is located in the village of SAINT-AUBIN and continued to develop the estate throughout the 1980s and 1990s.

Today, Caroline, Joseph and Damien, three of their children, run this 19-hectare estate which covers 26 appellations in the villages of SAINT-AUBIN, CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET, PULIGNY-MONTRACHET and SANTENAY.

DOMAINE JEAN-PAUL & BENOIT DROIN

The Droin have been producing wines in Chablis for nearly 400 years (their history as winemakers dates back at least to 1620). Benoît represents the 14th generation of Droins and is one of the most dynamic winemakers in the region. His father Jean-Paul put the estate on the map but perhaps he went too far on the road to new oak barrels.

The estate owns 13 hectares of vines and produces 14 different wines, including Petit Chablis, Chablis, 7 Premiers Crus and 5 Grands Crus.

The Clos des Papes managed by Paul Avril has 29 ha. The wines are the epitome, if not the model of what a good Châteauneuf-du-pape should be. Many plots ranging from sandy soils to clay-limestone soils to rocks. After one year in barrels and foudres, the wines are bottled without filtration.

CLOS DU MONT-OLIVET

Séraphin Sabon, owner in Châteauneuf, created the "Clos du Mont-Olivet" in 1932. The estate was finally given to Joseph, the eldest son of Séraphin. Today, Joseph's grandchildren, Céline, David and Thierry, manage the estate. 28 ha for Châteauneuf and 17 ha in the commune of

DOMAINE DUCLAUX

The Domaine Duclaux managed by David and Benjamin Duclaux is a Burgundian wine-growing estate, from generation to generation, created in 1928. This family terroir was mainlymanaged by Edmond Duclaux, father of the current owners. They cultivate their terroirs manually, on 5.8 ha of vines. They are mainly located on the steep slopes of Tupin-et-Semons. The Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe is located in the plateau of La Crau, south of Châteauneuf. The vineyard has developed on the large stony terrace which has given it a firm character for generations.

FRANÇOIS VILLARD

The Domaine François Villard is located in the Vallée-du- Rhône in Condrieu. The owner François Villard produces wines mainly from the AOC Condrieu. There are also other appellations: Saint-Péray, Saint Joseph, Côte-Rôtie, Vin de Pays, Vin de Pays des Collines Rhonadiennes. 25 ha of vines, over 15 years old. ALAIN VOGE

Domaine Alain Voge is an excellent estate based in the northern wine appellation of Rhône from St Peray on AOCs: From the more traditional end of the spectrum, which in terms of Cornas means wines of incalculable seriousness, Voge wines are now vinified by Albert Mazoyers, a former pupil of Chapoutier, and have never been better.

The philosophy of the estate is to practice biodynamic viticulture on the slopes of the right bank of the Rhône dedicated to Syrah and Marsanne.

DOMAINE DE LA MORDORÉE

Christophe has completely renovated and modernised the cellar and replanted a large part of the vineyards. Today, the estate has 40 hectares of vines - 7 hectares in Tavel, 15 hectares in Lirac (top-of-the-range examples), 16 hectares for the Côtes-du-Rhône classics and 3 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The vines are organically cultivated as much as possible, ultimately using only chemical weed killers and pesticides. About vinification, the grapes are systematically de-stemmed on arrival at the winery and vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters. The wines are then matured in a mixture of stainless steel vats and new oak barrels. The Cuvée de la Reine des Bois de Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a limited bottling produced only in the best years.

DOMAINE DE LA VIEILLE JULIENNE

The Domaine de la Vieille Julienne was founded in 1905. The Domaine de la Vieille Julienne owns 15 hectares of vines in Châteauneuf du Pape. YVES CUILLERON

Yves Cuilleron is described by Wine Spectator as "the leader of the new generation of winemakers in Condrieu". Yves represents the 4th generation of Cuilleron winemakers although he was first trained as an engineer. The allure of the vine proved too hard to resist and after a year of training at the Ecole Viticole in Macon, he took over the vines in 1987.

Since then, he has built a brand new winery in Chavany while acquiring an additional vineyard. property. The estate now produces around 50,000 bottles a year, divided between the appellations Saint-Joseph- Blanc , Saint-Joseph-Rouge, Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu. Most of the vineyards are located in and around the commune of Chavanay, just south of the town of Condrieu. It produces about 12,000 to 15,000 bottles of Condrieu each year with its production divided into 3 cuvées; La Petite Côte, an old cuvee Les Chaillets, and a late harvest cuvee Les Ayguets.

ZIND HUMBRECHT

Zind-Humbrecht is a wine estate located in Alsace, in Turckeim. The owner, Olivier Humbrecht, owns superb terroirs, mythical and very famous worldwide. Maison Cazes was founded in 1895. Today it comprises 220 hectares of vines in the Roussillon. High quality natural sweet wines are produced in this estate. DOMAINE HUET

The Clos du Bourg extends over 6 hectares of vines in Vouvray. The Clos du Bourg gives birth to powerful and full-bodied wines.

The estate of Klein Constantia (Vin de Constance) is located in South Africa in the district of Constantia. Previously, the 146 ha of vineyards were part of "Constantia", a vast estate established in 1685 by Simon van der Stel, the first governor of Cape Town. The Joh Jos Prüm estate is one of the most exceptional German wineries. 2 centuries of experience for the Prüm winegrowing family in the Moselle region.

The owners of the estate are Dr. Manfred Prüm and his daughter Katharina, whose estate covers 22 hectares. An atypical style and very high quality with very elegant Riesling wines with an impressive keeping capacity.
